Conceptual Design Report, February 2010
This Conceptual Design Report presents the vision, process and preliminary design for the Portland-Milwaukie Light Rail Project as of February 2010. It is a culmination of community input and the discussions between and decisions made by project partners and stakeholders. Concepts and recommendations put forth in this report will help guide the project in the Final Design phase.
